We ship domestically with USPS, domestic shipping is based upon weight and location however we occasionally offer shipping discounts at select times of the year. Online orders are shipped within 1-3 business days however during peak Holiday times there may be additional delay on shipments.

Our apparel is printed at the time of your order and fulfilled and shipped separately from your products. Please allow 10-14 days from the date of order to receive your apparel items. We offer USPS First Class International Package shipping on online orders to Canadian customers the estimated delivery time is 6-10 days. Although we try to provide you with the best International shipping rates and experience possible SYRACHA'CUSE is not responsible for additional customs or taxes applied to your order by certain Countries. All fees imposed after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept unopened and unused (new product) to be eligible for a refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days from your original purchase date. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the reason for your return and to receive a return authorization from us, we promise we'll do our best to try and resolve your problem promptly.
We take great pride in packaging your products and carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receiving your package please inspect for any signs of damage and notify us within 3 days of receiving.
In the event your products are damaged from shipping, please photograph the damage in the event a claim is needed and email us as to how you would like for us to resolve your claim to email@example.com. We promise to resolve promptly.
