Shipping Policies
We ship USPS priority and first class and USPS International first class. Shipping rates are based upon weight and destination. Online orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) Orders placed during Holidays or other peak times of the year may experience additional shipping delays.
After shipment has been fulfilled customer will receive notification that includes USPS tracking information. SYRACHA'CUSE Specialty Foods is not liable for shipments damaged, lost or delayed during shipping or for packages marked as delivered but never received by recipient. Please contact your local post office, USPS HOTLINE or our support team so we can help resolve any shipment or damage issues.
USPS occasionally experience delays in transit especially during peak Holiday times. Please check your tracking number and contact your local post office or our customer service department if you don't receive your order within 10-12 business days.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT YOU NEVER RECEIVED IT
USPS delivery vehicles have GPS that sometimes automatically update a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package can most likely be marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day
Call your LOCAL OFFICE, NOT the USPS HOTLINE (as they will only tell you what the tracking already says). Provide them as much info as possible and also ask them who delivered the package, and provide you details about that day's delivery. All information you provide them will help USPS locate your package
If the package does not show up (extremely rare occasion), after calling your local post office, please file a claim with them or online. We apologize however SYRACHA'CUSE Specialty Foods is not liable for orders that were shown delivered via tracking as but not received by the recipient.
PERISHABLE SHIPPING POLICIES
Your order is guaranteed to be handled with care and shipped with an eye toward ensuring the products arrive as fresh as possible. All of our perishables are packed in insulated, heat-resistant packaging with safe, re-usable ice packs. If you should also order dry goods, we neatly pack them around the other materials, enclosed in a sturdy, corrugated container.
It generally takes one business day to receive and process your order. Shipping speed selected at checkout applies to the time in transit only. The delivery clock starts once the package is picked up by our carriers, not once you submit your order, and there are times when our fulfillment team may hold certain orders to process and ship after the weekend in order to ensure product viability. Please note processing times may be extended during the holiday season.

APPAREL SHIPPING POLICIES
Our apparel is fulfilled and shipped separately from your products. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of your order to receive your apparel items. Please refer to the size chart to choose your correct size as we're unable to accept returns for sizing issues. Please contact us with any questions, we're here to help.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship Internationally with USPS First Class International Package the estimated delivery time is 6-10 days. Although we try to provide you with the best International shipping rates and experience possible SYRACHA'CUSE is not responsible for additional customs or taxes applied to your order by certain Countries. All fees imposed after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase and will accept unopened unused (new product) for exchange (less shipping charges) within 30 days from your original purchase date. Please send us an email to info@syrachacuse.com describing the reason for your return, we promise we'll do our best to try and work with you to resolve your claim promptly.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT POLICIES
We take great pride in packaging your products and carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receiving your package please inspect for any signs of damage and notify us within 3 days of receiving.
In the event your products are damaged from shipping, please photograph the damage and email us photos along with a note as to how you would like for us to resolve your claim. We promise to resolve your claim promptly.
