When we had the opportunity to get our hands on ghost peppers we jumped at the chance to create a recipe but wanted to stay true to our motto of delivering not only heat but flavor. By combining Bhut Jolokia peppers aka "ghost peppers" with garlic and award winning maple syrup from our friends at Dutch Hill Maple, Tully NY we're proud to say we delivered both with this recipe. With the sweetness from the maple syrup and the heat from the ghost peppers we've created a very unique, very flavorful hot sauce that has the heat you're craving and sure to become one of your favorites. No longer should you be afraid to try a ghost pepper hot sauce with our new Maple Ghost. This seasonal batch hot sauce is produced in very limited small-batch quantities.
