    -4 cups of all purpose flour
    -11 tablespoons of unsalted butter
    -2 tablespoons of baking powder
    -1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
    -1 teaspoon of kosher salt
    -1 teaspoon of @syracusesaltco white truffle salt
    -2 and 1/4 cups of buttermilk
    -1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
    -1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
    -1 fresno pepper, finely diced

    -Preheat oven to 450° F
    -Mix dry ingredients, jalapenos and cheddar
    -Cut butter into 1/2 inch slices and thoroughly mix into the dry ingredients by hand
    -Mix in buttermilk with spatula (do not overmix), the dough will be very moist
    -Knead the dough by hand on a pastry board, again making sure not to overwork.
    -Pat the dough down to about 1/2in thick for sandwich sized biscuits or 1/4in thick for smaller biscuits
    -Pull off a handful of dough at a time, gently shape into a round with your hands and place on greased baking sheet. -Baked 11-13 minutes, until golden brown
    -The recipe will make 12 large sandwich sized biscuits or 24 smaller ones
