Croghan Bologna

If you're a North Country native you've most certainly heard of Croghan Bologna a unique ring shaped bologna combining a historic family recipe since 1888.

Croghan bologna is course ground to provide a texture that no bologna you've ever tasted before – with real rich flavors, smoked over native hardwood, and the finest spices and ingredients. As in almost all traditional bologna shaped by its casing, the outer natural casing can be cut and then peeled off.

This product is wonderful served on a buttery cracker along with a slice of 1000 Island River Rat Cheese to create the ultimate hors d'oeuvres.
