Muranda Cheese Company was born in 2007 by the Murray family of Waterloo, NY. Today the farm helps to produce over 17 types of cheeses that have been recognized for their superior artisanal quality.
Ladt of the Lake is a Parmesan and Gouda blend and one of Muranda's newest and most popular cheese varieties. This cheese is tremendous on its own, but we love it alongside a glass of Finger Lakes Cabernet Franc
